return & refund policy
- RETURN & REFUND POLICY The returned goods/products will be checked along with the receipt and the goods should be in good condition within 7 days from the day the customer received the product. The packaging should also be in its original condition (original shipping packaging as received).
- If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- SHADI DECOR CONCEPT will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the returns transit.
- Upon checking and confirming that the goods/products are in satisfactory condition, the customer will receive their refund and a credit will automatically be applied as Store Credit.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
